Ekatechs RN4017 pallet robot appeals with utter flexibility, speed and simplicity. Opposite to other solutions, the robotic pallet manufacturing system offers the advantage to freely set nailing positions, patterns and dimensions, which allows completely customized pallet types with almost no limits. Because of the easy-to-use interface, there is no need for robotic or even special education of the operator. All pallet recipes and templates are set by the operator and can be saved and loaded at any time, making long changeovers between orders a thing of the past. Overall the RN4017 offers an effective and simple solution with close to no downtime.

Automated pallet leg making system
Ekatechs LM3017 pallet leg maker series doesn't just automize pallet leg making, but it automizes even the block supply, minimizing its need for monotonous manual labor even more. The series includes a robotic block destacker, where the robot destacks whole rows of blocks stacked on a pallet, and a block cutter, which optimizes the cutting length within set tolerance to minimize material waste, cuts the bocks and serves them directly to the leg maker. Overall the LM3017 offers shorter cycle times for pallet legs and pallets overall and reduces material waste.
