How does it work?
Block materials are placed on the feeder in the machine. The materials are fed by 5 chain conveyors to a pusher, which transports them to the automatic cutting saw.
The pusher measures the total length of the block material and calculates the optimal block length, cuts the blocks, and automatically feeds them to the base machine LM3017.
To avoid waste, a length tolerance is set in the control panel. When the material is measured, the optimal block length is calculated considering the total material length to minimize or eliminate waste
