Conveyor Belts
To efficiently transport pallet stacks out of the robot cell, it can be equipped with conveyor belts.
A conveyor belt streamlines pallet production by eliminating the need for the robot to pause and retrieve the finished pallet stack. The robot stacks pallets onto the conveyor, and once the maximum stack height is reached, the stack is moved, allowing the robot to begin stacking a new one.
Specifications:
- Inner conveyor belt: Length 3.5 m, width 1.3 m
- Outer conveyor belt: Length 4.0 m, width 1.3 m
- Light curtain for pallet stack exit with "muting" function.
Tool Changer
To handle pallets weighing more than 50 kg, the RN4017 can be equipped with a tool changer and an additional tool specifically for pallet handling.
A two-pillar stand with two tool slots is mounted beside the robot to hold the unused tool. The robot is equipped with an automatic tool coupling on its arm.
