Pneumatic Drilling Unit

A pneumatic drilling unit is an accessory for the RN4017.
Compressed air generates the force that drives the drilling through the material with precision and speed. This allows for creating holes or performing other tasks on pallets in an efficient and reliable manner. The pneumatic drilling module is an integrated part of the RN4017's functions and enhances its versatility and ability to adapt to various manufacturing requirements.

Corner Cutter

An accessory for the RN4017 that quickly and efficiently cuts the corners of the pallet. To further increase efficiency, a ReaJet printer can be added to print both sides of the pallet with the correct IPPC markings and company logo. The corner cutting takes approximately 15 seconds and is placed inside the robot cell, allowing the robot to position the pallet on the corner cutter and then pick it up for stacking. The corner cutter is integrated with the robot's control system.
